1 Year Manufacturers Replacement Warranty

Sorry, our product did not work out for you.

At Garbage Commander, we are committed to the quality and reliability of our garbage can devices and provide our customers with high-quality products and superior service.

 

We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations which is why we offer a warranty period during which you can return the product for a full credit or replacement.

Just fill out this form and we can issue you a return label or refund.

 

Our team is dedicated to providing the best customer service and ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their experience.

 

All of this is how we are able to evaluate if we have any issues or need improvements.

*Limit one replacement per unit

*Credit may be subject to a restock charge

*We may require the product to be returned, at the owner's expense before a new unit is sent after 60 days of purchase

*​We reserve the right to send only the necessary parts to repair any component that is damaged

*We reserve the right to reply and ask for more info

*Warranty after One Year is subject to review

 

 

 

Limitation of Liability:

Garbage Commander or Lamalco LLC shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages or injury

What is covered:

  • Any defects in material or workmanship to the original buyer. 

  • We will either send replacement parts, Replace the unit, or issue a refund 

 

What’s not covered:

  • Ordinary wear and tear of the product under normal use, including fading and or scratches.

  • Abuse or misuse.

  • We cannot assume the risk of loss during return shipment to our facility. You should insure your shipment with the carrier.

  • Any labor cost


 

What could void the warranty:

  • Modification of product or attempts to fix.

  • Not assembling the product as per instructions

  • Buyer damage from misuse and or not following our safety procedures:  

    • Driving over the 15 MPH

    • Hauling weights over 150 LBS

    • wrong operating heights 

    • Not keeping all nuts and bolts tight as normal maintenance procedures

    • Backing up with cans attached
